To kick off our training for this, tomorrow (Mon 12th) we will be dividing you into teams of three for team kata.

Also as move into the Christmas season, UCD Karate would like to announce the return of the annual awards. We will be on the lookout for the members with the best technique, the best spirit and the member that has improved the most.

Over the weekend our members represented the University at the Kanazawa Cup Karate Championship in Tallaght, an open national level competition.
